We provide following services at home

Home Care Package: Within the home care package we provide service to all four levels. We carry out comprehensive Occupational therapy assessment to identify all the needs and recommend appropriate assistive technology and home modifications (AT and HM)

STRC Under STRC programme we work in collaboration with the client to prioritize the goals. Based on the goals identified our therapists recommend the assistive technology (AT) and home modifications(HM). We aim to promote independence via our rehabilitative approach

CHSP Under the CHSP programme our therapist carry out comprehensive assessment to identify the needs and recommend Home modifications. We also use GEAT2GO portal to order equipment as identified in the ACAT assessments

NDIS Under the NDIS service, our therapists work closely with support coordinators and self-managed participants to carry out assessments. Some of the services we offer include: FCA, Capacity Building, Assistive Technology and Home Modifications
